2. On-site response

We arrive, isolate safely, diagnose the fault and get critical systems back online as quickly as practical. Where a temporary fix gets you operational, we'll explain trade-offs versus a permanent repair.

3. Report and follow-up

You get a written breakdown report documenting the fault, the repair, root cause and any recommended remediation. We can schedule the follow-up work then and there if needed.
